Marnie Gelhard is the founder of The Cactus Shop. She has always had a passion for creating unique new culinary concept bars, which has helped shape her bar into a one-of-a-kind experience. Marnie created the concept, branding, and interior of The Cactus Shop. Seeing the expressions of the guests who step foot in the bar brings her great joy and pleasure. Sourcing one-of-a-kind art from Mexico, the walls are adorned with her findings. Originally from Sydney, Australia recall many happy memories of traveling to Mexico as a young girl.
Her drink of choice is a Mezcal Espresso Martini.
