Eduardo Dominguez is the kitchen’s head chef, originally from Sinaloa, a coastal state on the Gulf of California. His menu pays homage to his home country, and it doesn’t lack in avant-garde inspiration. It includes sumptuous Sopa Azteca (traditional tortilla soup), and flavorsome Gorditas (small, stuffed flatbreads), expertly served with three homemade salsas and your choice of filling.
His drink of choice is a Michelada con Camarones.
