Mr. Eduardo Dominguez

Eduardo Dominguez is the kitchen’s head chef, originally from Sinaloa, a coastal state on the Gulf of California. His menu pays homage to his home country, and it doesn’t lack avant-garde inspiration. It includes sumptuous flavorsome Flautas (rolled, stuffed and fried), expertly served with three homemade salsas and filled with chicken.

His drink of choice is a Michelada con Camarones - a beer mixed with lime juice, Worchester sauce, Tabasco sauce, and clamato juice. It's garnished with shrimp and served ice cold.
